· Sourcing candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, networking events, etc.).

· Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.

· Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

· Providing feedback to candidates and guiding them through the hiring process.

· Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.

· Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

· Utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and streamline the hiring process.

· Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

· Contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

· Participating in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and engage with potential candidates.

Qualifications and skills required, such as:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

· Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
